Europa Snow Flashing Graphical Glitch
Some snow objects on Europa seem to pop in and out of existince. Its only a visual glitch but can be very straining on the eyes. May be caused by the fact that my computer has 2 GTX 970's that are SLI connected.

Same problem here. It really does sour the experience but it doesn't effect performance at least. Two GTX 1080 Ti in SLI and disabling SLI fixed it. Very disappointing, I have a sneaking suspicion it won't be fixed.
