Resolved after recent update! All is ok! I am unable to progress through A Guardian Rises campaign. I am back at the tower and told to speak to Ikora at the quest step "advent".. Nothing happens... need to equip a specific weapon? Armor? I am playing on ps4. Having issues sharing a video with twitter unfortunately. But this bug is preventing me from buying exotics from Xur or speaking to other tower vendors.
