To make a long story short I attempt the other night to purchase silver through the microsoft store and Microsoft accidentally billed me several times but have refunded me for their error. However I never received any of my silver and now I have a negative in game balance of -1,000 silver. I read the page on Bungie explaining why I have a negative balance of silver which if this was a normal refund cause I disliked the product I would understand. But the thing is this was all due to error on microsofts end and I explained that in the Silver form to bungie but they denied my request to have it fixed. I'm at a loss on what to do cause Microsoft won't advocate for me and I never received and silver to use in game from Bungie. Microsoft gave me a number to try calling bungie but I just keep hearing the Halo music on repeat. What should I do?
