So I finished my weekly from Xur to recieve my exotic cipher yesterday. Went to claim my reward, didn't even think to look if it went into my inventory. Today I noticed it was not in there. I already had an exotic cipher in my vault, a feature that looks to have been taken away. So I think that may be why I didn't receive it. I'm so bummed, I'm just curious if this is a glitch or if I'll never see that one I earned :(
