Destiny Randomly using up 100% Disk resulting in CPU Usage plummeting negatively and frames below 10

Hey, I've been a fan of the Destiny franchise for at least 2 years, and have always logged on almost every day. But recently (like as of early September season of arrivals, when I moved from my parents house to college, when I started noticing this problem) I will play for a bit any amount of time honestly, randomly it will drop frames from 60 (with vsync) all the way down to like 3-6 frames and then go back up to the 60. This never has happened to me beforehand whenever ive played in the past (and on different computer). My friend and I have narrowed it down to the disk just randomly being 100% used by Destiny as I play it. Either that or its something else please enlighten me. I'll have you know this NEVER HAPPENS WITH ANY OF MY OTHER GAMES, including higher games like Rainbow six siege. So it must be with some conflict of my software, hardware, or other things with Destiny, rather than being a natural problem with other games etc. I want to enjoy this game especially since Beyond light just came out, any fixes or suggestions are appreciated! I've already tried uninstalling/reinstalling the game itself, the graphics drivers, everything possible is updated (including windows and stuff). My specs are: The actual device itself: Asus TUF Gaming Laptop FX505dt Graphics: Nvida GeForce GTX 1650 Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 3750H with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx 2.30GHz Ram: 2 sticks of 8gig DDR4 ram, no idea the brand, if i need the brand ill look it up later if needed. Storage: 258 Gig SSD Boot Drive 1TB HDD (where steam and Destiny are downloaded to) Things are dire for me fellow guardians! I still need to grind for day one raid but nothing happens if this problem persists!
