I was doing the New Light quests in the Cosmodrome and got to the part where you are given your first legendary weapon. Not seeing the prompt at first, I simply infused it into another weapon. Now, the tooltip telling me to equip the now nonexistent weapon is now permanently stuck on the bottom of my screen. It eventually goes away, but then comes back after a few seconds. The bug even carries over across platforms. Update: After suffering through a story mission without the bottom fourth of my screen, it seems to be gone. Thank God.
