My preorder benefits D2 beyond light have not appeared.
I preordered as soon as possible. I have tried deleting and reloading several times. Can this be fixed or has bungie ripped me off again?

On top of what Wolf said ... XB players have to manually download the pack with pre-order items from the game management options.
