Hey,
I am looking to find out how I can find someone playing Destiny 2 on steam, with a steam profile using either their name/alias's or steam id. I have tried searching each in the search bar on the Bungie site and cannot find them. I have all their names and their steam id, I just need to find their Bungie profile to report them.
Thank you.

Bungie's API doesn't work properly to report some that left. I just ran a game where the user left within the first survival round and it doesn't show the name in the activity. I have zero way to report this quitter...even though I can find the user's profile in guardian.gg as that shows the activity properly. However since I cannot find the steam id or bungie id based on name, cannot report it. Trash game history report. Nice one Bungie.

Edited by TheHaraamPolice: 10/29/2020 2:35:22 PMHey there! Unfortunately there is no way to find someone by typing in their Steam ID on Bungie.net. If you suspect someone of cheating, you can use the in-game report tool. You can also report users by utilizing Bungie’s Report Suspected Cheating article. Here is the information they are looking for:
* Display name of the “known good” player. Is this you? A friend of yours? * Display name of the suspect(s) and any other identifying info you have (clan name, Steam ID, etc.) * Explain what suspicious behavior was observed. * Note the platform the behavior was observed on. * Provide a link to the Post-Game Carnage Report (PGCR) on Bungie.net. * And if possible: * Give us links to any video evidence. This could be a YouTube video or archived Twitch stream with timestamps, a clip, or a video you have recorded and shared via a public sharing service. (Sorry, we can’t connect to your private Google Drive or OneDrive to view a video).
