its uncommon for me to remember when I'm trying to sleep, my mind wanders in any possible direction in a spiteful effort to keep me awake
that's why i stay up so late that when i decide to go to sleep i literally jus pass out. but doing this I've pushed my sleep schedule into the 3pm- 6-7am territory. not good.
