I just got the Getaway Artist gauntlets from Xur last week so I thought I'd give them a spin. They are freaking awesome, especially in PvP. The super-charged Arc Soul is really useful. It is like an additional set of eyes, often shooting at enemies before you spot them, and is strong enough and fires often enough that if you damage an opponent the Arc Soul will often finish them off very quickly. It was like playing with two guns instead of one. My main Exotic used to be Transfersive Steps, but not anymore. Give them a try if you have them.
