NBA’s online store does not allow you to preview a jersey with “FreeHongKong” printed on it.
edit: I know this is old news but not a lot of people mention how bad the NBA went to avoid offending China.

This has been known since Daryl Morey's tweet in support of Hong Kong last year. Unfortunately, Hong Kong is all but lost. People can't even get out anymore. Those people trying to escape by boat to Taiwan were not only arrested, but sent to China to await trial. This kind of behavior is EXACTLY what the people of Hong Kong were warning/protesting against and EXACTLY the kind of thing they were told "not to worry about" because it would "never happen" by both their own and the Beijing government. Now they're rounding up people who "may" have colluded with those individuals, as well as people of influence such as journalists. Short of the UN growing some balls and putting sanctions on Hong Kong (government)/China (which would be next to impossible given China's permanent seat and veto authority), there is very little that can be done unless someone is willing to start a war over it.
