So no new engine, their goes the only real defense for DCV
If they aren’t retooling or remaking this content while it’s taken out of the game I see no reason for it to come back unless it’s planned to sell it back after people miss it enough. I’d love to be wrong but giving these areas a makeover is the only reason I could defend the DCV
