I have posted about this topic before and the only reply that I got was that the Last Word quest for me was essentially impossible. This is incredibly frustrating since I've progressed through the entire quest and already bought the ornament for the Last Word, and now I cannot get it on the very last step. My clanmates have told me to calm down and try the quest on another day. I am here to tell you that the quest is as bloody impossible as ever. I am at the best time in my area, with the best connection, and it is still impossible. I am simply doomed to fail, and I am incredibly pissed. No matter how many tries, the quest is simply impossible. Now the ornament will sit in my vault with absolutely no purpose. So far, support has been incredibly unhelpful- I have had one reply on my original thread, which I greatly appreciate, but that is all. All this investment to be told that the final reward after all the effort is essentially impossible- I don't blame the person that told me at all, but I still feel like I have been deceived. I think I have the very right to be pissed.
