Creating a new character
Hi,
If i delete my titan and create a new titan in it's place to change how it looks. Will this reset all armors/weapons/exotics earned on that character? Including quests etc. Causing me to have to replay and re-earn everything again? If so i'd rather live with it than to lose access to hours of progress.

Everybody is correct. You also need to remember that weapons and armor have a certain light level before they can be used. I reset my Titan about 5 times trying to get the maps(treasures)from Cayde. There’s a certain point to when Cayde disappears and it took a bit to find it.

By t you will lose all the history and accomplishments associated with that character if you do. So I’d think very carefully about deleting it. You spend most of the game either in 1st person or with you’re helmet on. So you seldom see what your character actually looks like.

Put every weapon and armour in the vault that you want to keep and put on blues or useless gear, after deleting and remaking you will get a fresh start except for the account wide quests and the account wide inventory (like your shaders or tokens) obviously

Your quests will be reset. Everything else can be stored in your vault and picked up again on the new character.
