Is fine. It and the jump are what makes a Hunter agile. That is their role. They are predictable and counter able when you're not panicked. Worm Husk, Gemini Jesters, Artifact batteries, and eventually aspects and fragments should reduce the mobility stat when equipped.
You should still be visible when dodging with Wormhusk, add a green flame. Breaking aim, healing, and turning invis is cheesy. Or give Wormhusk the weakest overshield and get rid of regen. It's a crutch and it's everywhere.
Love the idea of a slowing dodge roll. It's fair in the face of freezing rifts, melees, and walls that cut off choke points. With Jesters and Batteries, this is cheesy. You should see a reduction to the stat when combining too many functions to your abilities.
