Kills require you to use a charged solar melee. Middle tree Sunbreaker gives you a throwing hammer that if picked up gives you back your charged melee. Should only take 10 to 15 minutes to complete that step using that sub-tree. First thing to do, power down your console and then unplug it from power and leave it disconnected from power for at least 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, plug it back in and then go back into the game. Make sure you're on middle tree Sunbreaker, then head to your favorite lost sector on a planet and start killing adds in the lost sector with the throwing hammer. Picking it up after each throw so as to not lose the charged melee. If the counter is not going up doing the above then you're going to need to take a video clip of this happening. The video clip should include inspecting the leg armor so we can see the current kill count for that objective, then getting a couple of kills with the throwing hammer, followed by re-inspecting the leg armor to show that the kill count has not gone up. Once you've taken this video, load it to Youtube and then post a link to it in this thread so we can pass it on to the developers.
