Companion app LFG ban

Is there a way I could appeal my ban, why I got banned, or figure out how long my ban on LFG is? I wasn't given a warning about what I was doing being wrong, and now I cannot help people through raids, and serpa through various other activities. Could I get an explanation or a PM. Thanks
