This is my second attempt of trying to reach out to someone from Bungie or their sales department about shirt I unlocked via 15 triumphs. I wrote in the forum 14 hours ago hoping for a response.
They don't even have a costumer support line in which you can contact someone in regards to purchases from their store.
Anyway. I put the code in for it to be redeemed but it comes up invalid after multiple attempts. I even tried it on a different device. I heard the EU was having issues with this. But I live in the U.S. so I don't understand why it wouldn't work.
Is there anything I can do to reach someone or someone reach me regarding my purchase from their store? I heard the forums are literally the only way to get anything done. So again, this is my [b]second[b] attempt at trying to get my shirt.
