Edited by man_of_war_r2: 8/17/2020 2:32:28 PMThe first movie is called "Return of the ancients" it begins with the main character Ben Solo running through the shadow lands of Kashyyyk, and he runs across an old shrine to an ancient Jedi that once visited the planet. Ben runs back to his uncle and brings him to it. Luke says he doesn't know who's it's for Because it has been met with decay over the years. Ben becomes obsessed with the shrine. Running to it every day to see if he can figure it out, asking the elder wookies in the village he is staying in about it, and reading every thing he can find about the shadow lands. He becomes so obsessed that it effects his training with Luke. They get into a fight about the importance of the shrine, Luke says it's a meaningless artifact of the past, Ben says that his Father told him before he died to learn from the past. Luke visibly frustrated with bringing up of his old friend tells Ben to go to sleep. Ben complies. The next day he wakes up early and runs to the shrine. He notices that the shrine has a lightsaber entangled in vines next to the shrine. He ignites it and the glow of a purple lightsaber fills the jungle. At first he thinks of the Jedi Mace Windu, but he quickly realized that the shrine was much too old. He takes the lightsaber begins to cut at the vines he then sees that there isn't just one statue in the shrine there's multiple. Most had no recognizable features, all he could tell was that there was a wookie, Tweekle and 2 droids, the rest he assumed to be humans. At the middle of the circle where he found the lightsaber, there was a small flat pillar. On the pillar was an engraving, "heros of the Republic". Ben looks around at the collapsed and faded statues. He began to call out to all of Jedis of the old republic. Nothing happens. He falls on his knees and pleads to his dead father for guidance. He jumps up and runs back to the archives. He had recently read something about a wookie who had a life debt to a Tweekle and they helped saved republic. He rips open the book he read it in. They're companions, 2 droids, a mandalorian, 2 Jedi and a pilot. The names of the Jedi, Revan and Bastila. He slams his fist in the table. "This has to mean something." He yells. He runs to his uncle and asks "what did Revan and Bastila do?" He uncle looks at him with confusion. "Who is that?" "He was a Jedi of the old republic... I think." Luke just walks away. That's about the first 30 minutes of the first movie.

New sith order goes back in time and prevents the sequel trilogy from happening because of some Force related McGuffin.

Instead of having basically the same principle as the OT, I’d make it a war on equal ground between the First Order and the New Republic. The First Order have the advantages of powerful vehicles, a fast attack strategy and an unknown base of operations. The New Republic have the advantages of numbers, Experience, and heroes from both the Alliance and the Resistance, whom in this continuity are a task force sent to deal with the First Order instead of an independent group. The Force Awakens would generally stay the same (but Rey wouldn’t know more about the Falcon than Han. That’s just stupid.), but in 8 the Resistance would regroup with the main NR forces instead of just running away. However, the First Order would be able to Blitzkrieg their way to Coruscant, where they would set up their new Empire’s Capital like it was in Palpatine’s day, since the Republic has already been dealt a serious blow from the loss of Hosnian prime. 8 would focus around the NR regrouping and planning their next attack strategy. Instead of practically no time at all passing between 8 and 9, a span of several months or even years would pass, the war between the two forces prolonged. Then, the First Order receives a transmission from not palpatine, but Plagueis, who was revealed to have survived Palpatine’s assassination, and had used “Snoke’s” body to rule the first order by transferring his essence. Kylo Ren goes to Moraband using coordinates found in Vader’s old castle to confront him. Meanwhile, Poe travels the galaxy searching for any advantage for the NR, and finds several groups willing to join them. Some of the groups could be a colony of “free” clones, the New Mandalorians led by either Sabine, the survived Boba Fett, or even The Mandalorian, Thrawn and Ezra returning from the Uknown Regions, Kalani and his army of Battle Droids, and Lando from Cloud City. While Poe does this, Finn goes to coruscant to lead a stormtrooper uprising, and Rey goes to the old Jedi Temple on Coruscant to find anything that could give them an edge. The First Order, not to be outdone, gains the support and leadership of Plagueis, as well as Palpatine’s old flagship, the Eclipse, and many more fighters and troops from the new Sith Empire. aaand that’s about as far as I could go before I hit a blank.

I’d probably make it the story of a Jedi lady who triggers a whole bunch of gamergate incels by daring to exist.

This is about Star Wars? Well for one thing, not a Mary Sue.

From a point of view we have not seen.... Maybe a retelling of the new hope but from a background character....

Empire doesn’t get too much love on the big screen. Let’s see the fight from their side, without the treason.
