Destiny DLC
Hello,
I am a new light player who was planning to buy the DLCs.
Couple of days ago the DLCs of destiny were on sale, but unfortunately I could not be on time to purchase them.
There are couple of issues regarding purchasing the DLCs in the UAE (United Arab Emirates) store.
First off the upgrade edition (59.99$) costs more than buying Shadowkeep (29.99$) & Forsaken (22.49$) separately while this should not be the case and the upgrade edition should be cheaper.
Another point worth mentioning is how do I know when do the DLCs go on sale? Is there any specific date that they go on sale or is it completely random?
Does Bungie inform us about the sales beforehand?

Bungie has never promoted or advertised "sales" on their products. The only way to know is through your platform store advertising it to you in some manner, or you periodically checking your platform's store page for D2.
