Can't convert Resonate Stems to Override Frequence
I started the sleeper simulant quest when it came out originally but never finished. I had an override frequency in my inventory for over a year. Now when I opened the correlating sleeper node and used my override frequency i cant create a new one with my resonate stems please help i want to finish before Mars is sunset.

Hello. If you aren't getting Resonate Stems to drop or combine, you're most likely on a step of the Nascent Dawn quest that's blocking them. Steps of that quest that require you to open a specific Sleeper Node will prevent Stems from dropping or combining, so you'll need to finish that quest first. You do not need an Override Frequency to open the required Node in this case.
