FaF web issue
Hello,
For some time now, I've noticed that when joining fireteams via the Find a Fireteam function
it says "could not find Destiny Character Information". i have the same issue on the iOS app.
any ideas how to fix this?
note: i did unbind my cross-save, and this issue has been present since.

2 RepliesHey there! Could you log out of your current platform and sign into the other platforms that way it will recognize your characters? You could also clear your App Cache while you’re at it. You can go to Settings > App Settings.
