If you won the lottery of any amount
I personally would buy a small house in Japan and move there after which I would live simply and retire
And get a Japan citizenship
I don’t believe in buying expensive things it’s a waste of money and it would just cause you to go broke faster
So I would only spend on what I have to
Houses in Japan are pretty cheap but very nice
And start a international food restaurant in Japan

I'm going to preface that the amount won is $25,000,000.00+. If that were the case, then I'd; -quit my job -hire a long time trusted friend, who is a VP of a bank to be my financial adviser, allowing him to retire from there, set up investment plan -enlist the help of my attorney -pay off all my debt, my son's debts, my sister's family's debts and gift them all an undisclosed amount for future use -pay off my best friend's debts, and give him an undisclosed amount for future use as well -give a portion to my church -set up a charitable organization to help other, of which I have not yet determined -buy land in my home region where I can build a new efficient home (nothing extravagant. 3 bedroom, walk out basement, but have a barn/garage, bigger than the house for at least 4-5 cars, a pick up, and a small tractor, with a car lift) away enough from others that the noise I make wouldn't be objectionable, but still have access to good utilities and internet -have an asphalt go kart track on the property -have an indoor/outdoor pool with connected work out room -travel a bit to places I've always been interested in going -maybe even get married again. I would be able to afford a wife now....
