An explosion in the City of Offtopic [BOOM]
At the center of town, a loud percussive sound that shatters windows and knocks the wind out of anyone in the vicinity shatters you from your peace, the alarms resound and the strange symphony of chaos in the wake remains against an ear ringing silence...
There in the town square is a black monolith... it is still, seemingly inert, and a small crater yawns around it.
The denizens of offtopic recover from the tinnitus, and discover the strange stone....

The one known as Zbruh approaches
ts strange, they feel something familiar about it, though they've never seen it before as they approach they notice it seems to be.... singing? A strange symphony of different pitches and odd stutters... it is... exotic, unintelligible but somehow beautiful...
