Ruinous Effigy is the greatest Exotic Bungie has ever made. No other exotic changes the way you play to the extent that Ruinous Effigy does. At times I feel like I'm playing a completely new Guardian type when I use it and it really does feel like an extension to your abilities rather than just a gun. I Love it.
