Has happened repeatedly to me, first noticed it last year sometime. Die in the first big boss arena, get re-spawned at the top of the suicide jump with TURN BACK already flashing, die again no matter what I do and respawn in the same place and circumstances. Multiple times in a row, finally was JA'd to final boss area. This is appalling in that it's happening in an Ordeal NF, when the team could be on the clock.
