Issues with Cerebral Explosion Twitch Prime Reward
The Twitch Prime website shows that I claimed this reward but I do not see it on my redemption history in Bungie.net and do not have it with Amanda Holiday in the tower. I was able to successfully redeem it for the previous Twitch Prime reward and none of the accounts have changed. Can I please get help in fixing this and getting the reward into my account?

Hey there! Do you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else? If so, do they play Destiny 2 and do they also sign up for this program? Have you tried logging in and out of the game to see if anything changes? To confirm, you've double-checked that the Gear Drop has been claimed on the Twitch Prime site? If you go into your Bungie account Settings and click "Accounts & Linking," do you see Twitch Prime at the bottom of the page under the "Authorized Applications" sections? Have you claimed your reward in your [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Codes/Partners]Partner Rewards section[/url]?
