Personally, I'd probably choose the boring answer of something pertaining to my career such as math or I'd go for something like real-estate investment or day trading. Something to make me more money. But my fun answer would probably be music composition. Seems like a fun skill and something I'm not good at all.

Infinite time & resources? Probably animation. That would include drawing & such, so it’s a win win! I’d love to be able to put out a TV show or some such (even if it’s not on TV and is actually just on YouTube or something)! Alternatively—and this is gonna sound silly—driving. No one pushed me to get it done in high school, and I don’t really know any folk to help me learn now. With infinite resources I could get a car & a tutor no problem, which in turn would let me get a better job.
