My clan has been grinding it out off on our own at our own paces, but the moment we all got together and someone was running around with the orb, the outside effect of the big guarding sphere immediately triggered my friend's epilepsy; instant headache and nausea. It's probably low on the to-do list, but is there any way the effect could be changed so as to not be literally harmful to people's health?
Hopefully this will also serve as a bit of a warning to anyone else who suffers from epilepsy to be careful around others using the Effigy.

All games come with this warning.

Every game has the epilepsy warning...
-
That's unfortunate but you were warned.

Sorry man. Is he ok?

There is the epilepsy warning. Just gonna leave this here.

Edited by G0lden Hunt3r: 7/11/2020 9:27:29 PMIt is a shooter game with aliens and alien weapons. Everyone in their right mind would expect flashes on screen. It is basic video game knowledge. I think this issue would be somewhere at the bottom of things bungie might look at one day. Because it is basic knowledge to not play video games when you have those issues. I am sorry for your friend. But by agreeing to terms and conditions he also agreed to bungie not being liable for harm done to a persons health by flashing images.

The game has a photo sensitive warning I think. At least on some advertisements. Maybe a warning at the start of game should be added as it's all digital now so no more box to warn on.

May have been coincidental. If the rest of the game hasn’t caused him any issues I’d be surprised if this one effect did.

In a game like destiny, epileptic individuals ought to be careful, period.
