Bungie, I think it's about time we sit down an have a talk. Your player base and I have invested a lot in Destiny 2 and we believe in its strengths, the feel, the framework, the gameplay, some artwork, the rich lore, but you're not living up to your potential.
You hear our concerns for an abundance of hackers and aimbotters in trials and competitive and ensure us that there is definitely maybe some sort of anti-cheat. You hear our cries encountering bugs in flawless runs, competitive matches, or even seasonal activities. You hear us murmur about your priorities to fix bugs that increase rewards and fun over bugs that harass us. You hear our desire to auto-dismantle unwanted items. You hear our apprehension for sunsetting armor, vaulting raids, and returning exact same weapons with a new emblem. You hear our desire to have a complete and enjoyable story. You hear streamers leaving and refusing to endorse the game after years of fidelity. You hear all these things, but do you listen? Do you act?
We believe in Destiny 2, we want the game to succeed, that is why we voice our concern. I would pay 10x, maybe even 100x the asking price of the game if I knew it would help you deliver the amazing game we all know it can be. We are concerned your hype videos and empty promises will not hold your game together long enough to redeem itself.
