List of bugged quests that I have encountered.

Description: I have completed 2 corsair patrols and neither of them have counted towards my quest.

Description: I have already completed the mission to get the Bad Juju and claimed it, and the quest hasn't completed and still tells me to do it.

Description: Override frequency Dynamo, Approach, Arch not appearing.

Description: Override frequency Dynamo, Approach, Arch not appearing causing a stop the quest progression.
