I Disapprove.

I disapprove of the political issues in the world being brought into the game. I strongly disapprove of racism, and hate. Having said that, your new addition emblems is a bad move on your part. BLM is a racist statement in itself, creates hate and contempt. For those of you who would like to disagree that is fine, it is your right. However, the game is not the place for this. Not only am I staring at my son's world being burnt to the ground, and you are supporting it. White privilege, a statement used by BLM, is yet another racist statement and completely incorrect. I'm a bit older, wiser, and not easily influenced. I do not approve of destroying cities, burning down churches, or destroying monuments, apparently you do. The BLM emblem needs to be removed from the game immediately. I am currently doing the research on this matter, and have had several discussions with lawyers, congressmen, and members of the senate. Gaming is not the place.

 •
I am currently doing the research on this matter, and have had several discussions with lawyers, congressmen, and members of the senate.
As someone who is working towards a career in law, I can confidently say you’re wasting your time and energy. You’re probably talking out of your ass, as this is incredibly silly. Bungie is a company with legally registered merchandise that they can choose to sell, or not sell. They have the right as a company to donate to whatever legal organizations they please. The pin/emblem is their product, where they’re promising to donate all funds raised from sales of said product, towards an organization of their choosing. There’s no difference between it, and any other emblem included in the store, besides the fact it represents a movement. Even if you personally believe it isn’t the correct place, Bungie can sell and donate to whoever they want, as long as it’s done with the proper legal documents and procedures. The organization they’re donating to, is legal. So use your old wisdom you claim you have, and get over it. Pick your battles. If you take them to court, you will lose. If you do actually do it, please DM me all the details, and if there’s any footage of the case, please let me know. I sincerely hope you don’t waste your money, over the legality of video emblem. I’m going to be blunt with you, if you do take them to court, I can confidently say you’re not wise, but rather foolish. Don’t be a fool, and save your money. If you have a problem with it, you do you, pal. I can’t change your mind, or stop you. You can state your opinion all you like, but taking legal action isn’t the play. Don’t be foolish, and set an example for your kid. Finally, if you’re talking about contacting lawyers, and government officials, yes, I will consider you triggered, as let’s face it, you’re upset enough to be going this far.
