In the Pacific there is An island know as midway, Some well placed intel would not miss That the Japanese would strike again So with planes out and flying, The US sent planes to discover then That the enemy ships had a streak of bad luck So with that intel they returned And a bomber squad went next, hearts full o pluck And with the first strike dealt more soon followed, And four Japanese ships met their fate The rest fled, if they could And the US lost Yorktown and Hamman This was the turn of that part of the war Should I make more of these, I believe I can.
