On mars I have the two exotic quests active The Machine's Gun and Nascent Dawn and both are at the point where I have to find Nodes but the problem is they are no where to be found, I have followed the guide of the Override Frequency and the node is not there, is there some kind of glitch going on or am I doing something wrong thats
