Sleeper Simulant Catalyst progression is currently Bugged / Locked
Kills from any version of any ikelos weapon do not seem to progress the Sleeper Simulant Catalyst at all.
I just got it to drop this weekend and tested a variety of combinations with both SS equipped and unequipped on various destinations.
