"Upgrade Gift Ranks" Triumph Not Working

I have unlocked all 7 first tier gifts from the Prismatic Recaster however the associated triumph in the Season 11 section only shows 1. Is this an error or have I understood something wrong Thanks Bungie :)

This seems to be happening with most of the season 11 triumphs for me, I killed the second contact heroic boss (pyromaster) 3 times but triumph says otherwise
