I've recently started playing D2 on my PC so I thought I would enable Cross Save so it would sync all my characters between PC and PS4. Before doing so I did have a low level build on PS4 but went ahead and enabled cross play making PC my main. Since then I've had no issues on PC but console is a different story. When loading the game up on console I can see all of my characters and can also select them. Once selected I load into orbit as usual but on the right hand side where your players light emblem etc is shown, the box is black and shows 0 power. Opening the inventory all my weapons etc are there but still 0 power/light, I then tried to select a planet and launched, however when doing so I get the cinematic screen of the planet but it then just stays there. It must have been on the same screen for around 15 minutes no movement at all or any error codes. I restarted my game and PS4 and nothing changed still the same looping screen so I decided to join one of my clan members lobby's and get him to launch to a planet, the same thing happend however this time we got kicked back to the orbit screen and received error code NEWT. This went on for about 5 different times until I gave up, like I say I've restarted my game, PS4 etc but no luck. This did not happen before I enabled cross save and i'm currently unable to play Destiny on my PS4 now. After doing a bit of research i'm unable to find anyone in a similar position online, so I wondering if anyone would be able to help me out or suggest and troubleshooting steps. Thank you.
