There is no obvious ways to report players from chat. Which is the space in which most offensive things seem to happen in the game. I can right click and invite them to my clan, but not report people for some reason. As a UX setup chat is where I am most likely to report people. I don't want to let people ruin my play experience by stoping what I'm doing in the moment. And I don't want to have to go search for things afterwards. But I super do want the ability to report the people typing offensive things into fireteam chat after the activity is done, or blocking them to make sure I don't get paired again.
