BAD CONNECTION

Im from Vietnam and i've been playing since D2 released on Battle.net, but now somehow the connection is far worse than the time i was playing on Battle.net. Continuous disconnection, before someone say:"oh try to configure your network". YES, i've tried every method to fix the connection but nothing changed. I called my provider they had people came over to check but connection was fine. Then why the hell everytime i logon there will be a 5min break from each disconnect? BUNGO fix this please
