Season of Arrivals Pass hasn't registered despite purchasing Shadowkeep Deluxe Edition (+4 seasons)

The majority of the issue is listed in the title. Logged on after the update to explore and enjoy the new content and I'm prompted to repurchase the season pass, despite the fact I had purchase a Shadowkeep Deluxe Edition during Season 9 (Dawn), which said Iit would be eligible for that year's worth of content (we are still in Year 3). The purchase button, when hovered, also specifies that it is purchasable as a part of the Shadowkeep bundle. Has anyone else encountered this, or had any fixes? I'd really like to enjoy this. I returned this year after a long, long hiatus to give D2 a chance. This occurred on my PC version which has cross-play enabled from PS4 - however, I don't play on PS4 anymore as I prefer the PC so I have not logged in on my PS4 since I enabled Cross-Play in October.

  • Hi there! The Shadowkeep Deluxe Edition was pulled from marketplaces before the start of Season of Dawn. Also, looking at your account through the game API, it does not appear that you own any of the items that were included with the Shadowkeep Deluxe Edition. Can you please confirm which edition of the DLC you purchased?
