I think that bungie should give every member of the community access to a black lives matter emblem that respectfully represents the movement. I believe it would be an amazing way for the community to show our support for the movement and love for eachother as people. What does everyone else think?

To anyone who agreed with me, or even those who called me a racist or disagreed with me, were getting the emblem and pin. Looks like I was heard. Regardless of those who disagreed with me, I love you all for the people you are. Even if we disagree and you think I’m wrong for supporting this. I think your all beautiful people(unless you yourself are an actual racist) and that while we disagree, we can all unite under one thing. And that’s our humanity

When BLM put as much effort into cleaning up black communities of the drug dealers who ruin lives, Gangbangers who murder innocent people, and the black slave trade in Africa that is rife TODAY,all of which they seem totally blind to,all of which are a far bigger problems than a few nasty individuals that should be wearing brown shirts, not blue,as they do race baiting, then they will get my full support. BLM are the same as the blue haired, modern day version of "Feminists" they want equality at the expense of putting others down.if you feed into the narrative that is being pushed by the left leaning "news" outlets,Hollywood, virtue signalling Luvvies and companies, cough cough, that racism against black people is everywhere, then more fool you.

Disagree, respectfully. People are using the “movement” to start riots, kill people, hurt people, destroy businesses and families. Every one will see this, soon!

“Built on a Lie Movement”

All people matter not just black people you racist

Edited by NastyNati0527: 6/10/2020 11:26:33 AMIdk black ppl only make up around 13% of the population yet they kill more whites and blacks than anyone else. Edit: I'm sure your favorite celebrity and news station didn't tell you that part though 😁

How is this not removed yet? Political/ religious (not really, but I got warning for much less) Censorship one way?

I believe it would be an amazing way for the community to show our support for the movement and love for eachother as people. What does everyone else think?[/quote] You know something we should have a BLM emblem, it could track: all the people who have been killed during their 'peaceful' demonstrations/riots, the cost of the damage and destruction to shops and businesses, low income housing during their 'peaceful' demonstrations/riots and the cost of the clean up. How many people that are going to end up coming down with SarsCov-2 due to BLM bringing thousands onto the streets and the complete disregard for social distancing during their 'peaceful' demonstrations/riots, and can I just remind you that the figures so far suggest that the afro-Caribbean population is more susceptible to the virus than other demographics (it's probably a racist virus🤷), but hey, BLM. How many black people that have killed other black people due to lack of police because they are all trying to keep a lid on BLM 'peaceful' demonstrations/riots, Chicago June 8th - 18 in 24hrs but don't forget BLM right !

Oh please why not petition for an I can’t breath emote while you’re at it. I thought politics weren’t allowed in this forum, I guess it doesn’t apply if it supports your agenda.
-
If they go there, I want a blue lives matter emblem.
-
Definitely not get that American bull shit out of the video game .

Edited by GrifterDeMier01: 6/9/2020 10:39:26 AMI wish we could see how many downvotes posts get. I bet this one would be over a thousand downvotes. Vast majority of ppl don't care about this crap that's going on right now especially gamers. Big companies don't care, they are just pandering and virtue signaling. Keep the political malarkey out of video games. Having said that though I bet Bungie is already making a BLM emblem that you can get next season by donating money to the cause. Lol.
-
No cuz I don't want to hear the -blam!- that will come from the "all lives matter" crowd. I just wanna shoot shit with my friends and mind my business.
-
While I hugely support the #BLM cause I don't think it's got any place in what is supposed to be fun escapism. The reason people play computer games is to leave real-world concerns behind, not to be reminded of them, however valid the cause. If you start to add political aspects to the game where do you draw the line? Religion next? "Green issues"?...

I'd prefer #TigerLivesMatter

Unfortunately for those who disagree with the notion of a BLM emblem, Bungie has already set a precedent having made one for Gay Pride, which, if memory serves, was met with the same arguments against.
-
Edited by Kestrel: 6/9/2020 1:28:22 PMI unfortunately do not approve nor appreciate the notion. I prefer my games non political. Besides. All Life Matters.
-
I want a Mexican pride emblem.
-
Except for preventing the spread of Covid I don’t think playing video games all day is really going to help BLM.
-
No...
-
Either All live matters or no live matters, we are all the same and in todays time everyone get the same treatment
-
All lives matter
-
No lives matter
-
No. Politics doesn't belong in videogames.

It's understandable that someone would ask this question, and I'd say it's more of a human rights thing than politics, but people are going to disagree and complain for many reasons. It's not to say you're wrong, but I think Bungie is aware of the potential risks, given our social climate. Honestly, I'd certainly like such an emblem, but people can be very ignorant and hateful, and I'm sure no one would be surprised to see people using this emblem getting harassed endlessly by certain individuals.
