Small clan unable to grow? Too few players online? Yeah, same. Time to consolidate under the Department of Defence
The fact remains that there are too many small and unproductive clans trying to recruit active players.
The idea behind clan consolidation is to offer Clan founders and their respective Administrators a high-level position in my equally small and unproductive clan: the "Department of Defence" [DoD].
I'm willing to make an arrangement with other founders of small clans (and members) that are struggling to grow in a competitive recruitment arena.
This arrangement would include:
• For Founder's
- a guaranteed Admin position in
Department of Defence for the
founders of all small clans who
can acquire at least 50% of
their former clan's member
roster. [For most clans, this will
amount to three to five players]
- Rights to unilaterally invite,
approve, boot and post on
community forums on behalf of
the Department of Defence.
• For former Clan Admins
- Selective promotion to
Department of Defence [DoD],
contingent on your respective
Founder's approval.
- Rights to invite players and post
on community forums on behalf
of DoD.
****
I may accept individual arrangements, conditional on (1) Time spent in-game; (2) Clan XP and bounty contribution week-over-week; (3) Have recruited at least 3 guardians into the DoD.
