I had unlocked the quest for The Tyrant before the fix for The Lie went out this week. Previously, I was experiencing what everyone else was: opening the bunker doors to start the quest step was sending me back to the starting point on the Moon. I logged on yesterday after the fix for The Lie had gone out. I first noticed that I no longer saw the quest listed in my quests, but when I went to open the Moon bunker door it started The Tyrant mission. So I went through the mission and eventually got to the deeper bunker and appeared to take the shotgun (although it was not added to my inventory). Then I finished the mission and was sent back to Rasputin in the bunker. However, I still did not have the shotgun in my inventory and no confirmation that I had completed the mission. Now, every time I try to open the bunker on the Moon, it starts up The Tyrant mission. I can go through the whole mission, "collect" the shotgun, and be sent back to Rasputin, but it never actually progresses me. I'm not able to finish the mission and I'm also not able to upgrade the bunker because every time I try to start the daily bunker clear it starts The Tyrant mission instead.
