To Free Up Space, Consider Removing Crucible
Totally serious. No one likes it.
It only serves as a frustrating activity. You obviously cannot figure out how to matchmake teams. Lots of balancing problems.
Let's just get rid of it. This is the first time Ive suggested this. I feel that D2 pvp is in the perfect point in life to retire Shaxx, or give him some other duty station.
Think on it.
*Melkor Darkstar has suggested that Gambit be removed. Im fine with that as well. Maybe both?!

You know what, no one’s ever doing public events anymore, go ahead and nix those. Oh adventures too, who even does those? Get rid of them.
