Antaeus Wards and slide shotty's.
These can easily be mitigated by reintroducing the sprint cooldown mechanic from D1 and allowing small damage through the Antaeus shield, these will prevent those slide shottys filling every lobby. This was countered by an artifact from Rise of Iron to make it "balanced". So maybe this could be looked at as something else like a mod or something but make it like a "is it worth the slot" type of deal like the artifacts were.

As a titan main who uses Antaeus when I decide to shotgun, I agree they need to be reworked. But also rework other exorics to be decent or at least somewhat viable. Most exotics for titans are just stupid, extremely situational, or useless. Same goes for warlock exotics, they've been kind fvcked with exotics. Hunters have a couple good ones, so maybe only rework 2 or 3 max for them.
