Where do you get Blessing of Rasputin?
Looking online the answer I got was the EDZ. However when I finally found a group that could beat the Towers it didn't drop from EDZ. So it's got to be either the Moon or Io. I'd rather not go through the effort of getting a group together to do the Towers on an off-weekly destination just to find out I picked the wrong one again.
Anyone know whether the Blessing of Rasputin mod drops from either the Moon or Io?
