Commander Recon 54 and xronad...best goddamn users (Well, 54 was a ninja to be fair) ive seen here with my own eyes. "Back in the day" as many like to refer to 2014 up to the latest purge, this place was am absolute shitshow. The amount of politics and other [i]interesting topics[/i] was, quite frankly, overbearing. Unless im mistaken, Recon used to be looked at the same way xronad was and still is. Recon was pretty damn active and I can't remember him saying anything even remotely condescending to someone, ever. And if he did, I bet my ass and more that he apologised properly and with good intentions at heart. I didn't talk to him much myself unfortunately however (partly due to Offtopic being a much larger place at the time) so I can only somewhat remember his interactions with others. There's some newer users around here who hasnt had the joy to experience Recon unfortunately. They probably havent even heard of him tbh. When it comes to xronad...i mean, come on...thats obvious to all of us. [i]I dont need to explain why we appreciate him. [/i] Luckily, I've had the pleasure of interacting with him quite often. He was also the first user which has told me directly that he missed me, so that did warm my heart a bit, ngl. In fact, when he changed his name to xronad from Xombie, I didnt think it was him. I literally had no idea. And so, I thought he was purged like so many other golden users. Funny thing is, a few months later, when started to become active here again, I pm'd xronad to not only see if it was him (wasnt first time I pm'd him so I got conformation immediately) but also to check up on how he was doing, concidering his...[i]circumstances[/i]. Turns out he was doing quite fine [i]and[/i] he was worried that I had gotten purged too lul. In those pm's, we also discussed a certain word which happend to be an insta ban word and because of that, [i]both of us[/i] got banned from pming for a lil while lul. And im pretty sure [u]that[/u] was the last straw for him. [spoiler]If you see this Recon, or you xronad or even both of you, just know that we hope youre doing well and that we miss you. [/spoiler]
