If we didn't become involved with The Scorn, The Dreaming City would have been lost....Savathun and Xivu would mop us. We struggle so damn much. What could we possibly do against the coming Armada?

You have too much faith in Bungie. It'll be some dumb cutscene, and then you go back to Rasputin to finish more bounties because it needs more Warmind Bits to deploy any sort of defense.
