Hey bungie, I like many others can no longer play on xbox due to the watercress error this is becoming more and more of an issue I am seeing more people day in and day out getting this error. Reinstalling the game doesn t work, account linking makes it able to be played on other consoles such as ps4 but I now have no friends to play with. Clearing the cache on Xbox does not fix. it quite clearly is a server side issue on the account (your end) as I can make and use a new gamertag and play the game fine on Xbox. I have Seen cosmo reply on a reddit post back on April 9th but no news since. I like many other players are just looking for an update. I am fortunate enough to have another console to play on, others do not.
I would love to be able to get back onto Xbox as that is where I enjoy playing and have a community of people to help with trials.
Again just looking for an update, I understand it's not easy with the limited access to your office. Stay safe.

1. This isn't an Eververse error. So it doesn't take priority. 2. It affects such a small amount of players that it's almost negligible in Bungie's profits. Especially since they already have your money. 3. They can't actually give you insight as to what their fixing process is. Therefore your request would simply be another "we're working on it". So. While we can be sure they are "working" on it. We can also be sure it won't be fixed anytime soon. As there is really no reason for them to fix it other than goodwill (HAH). I hope this gets fixed soon so people can enjoy the game again. But anyone who thinks they are getting a refund due to this are braindead. Bungie has no reason to care about this at all.
