On April 19, I had gathered a couple guys to do a few matches of Trials of Osiris. Within the first 15 seconds of the FIRST match that we loaded into, I was sent to the title screen, with the error code: Weasle. Upon trying to log back in, it said that I was banned. Now, I truly have not a clue why I was banned. I have never once cheated in Destiny 2, nor have I had consistent network issues, nor have I verbally harassed anyone in any way. What I believe, is that due to my consistent error codes that I have been getting lately because of Bungie's extreme server problems, whatever ban hammer they have in place thought that the error codes were due to me having "Consistent Poor Network Connection," which is one of the things a person may get banned for. I have sent in a total of 3 ban appeals, none of which have gotten a response. And before you assume I wasn't being patient, I waited a week before I sent another appeal. I figure a week was more than enough time to look over my appeal. They don't have that many appeals to look at, do they? That was my thought. The confirmation email, which was sent to me after my appeal(s) said that someone would be in touch "soon". My idea of "soon" must be different than Bungie's, because it has been 2 weeks and I still have not gotten a response or unbanned. At this point I am very ticked off with Bungie. I am a Destiny veteran and have been playing since 2014. I have put in thousands of hours across numerous platforms and accounts, spent hundreds of dollars between copies of the games and expansions, and this is how i'm repaid. And on top of that, right now, cheaters are running rampant in Destiny 2 on the PC, and I somehow managed to get mixed up amongst the cheaters and was banned! Now, I don't know if there is anything anyone reading this will be able to do or help with, but I have no other idea as of what to do at this point. It's hard to make any progress in solving a problem if the people you are trying to contact, aren't responding to you. So right now, I have no idea if my appeal was looked at and brushed off, because they mistakenly thought that I was guilty of cheating, or if they haven't gotten to my appeal yet. If there is anything anyone may be able to do, I would very much appreciate it. Thank you!
